Troy
began as an apprentice stone mason at the age of 15 in 1975 long before stick
and stack veneer stone existed. He has spent his career designing and installing
custom brick and stone fireplaces (indoor and outdoor). His passion drove him to
build a pizza oven in his backyard many years ago which started him on the path
of building these old-world artisan ovens for homes and restaurants.

has attended many home and patio shows over the years and the pizza ovens are
always unattractive and way over-priced. Troy builds a far superior product in
